Transformation in cauliflower(Brassica oleracea var.botrytis) is require a vast amount of explants through micropropagation to improve a stress resistance. A procedure for detection of the presence of insert DNA in recombinant plasmids in individual Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain was refined and the gene cassette was optimize by using PCR.
