This volume provides a description of the precursors to early English punk rock, including the Deviants, the Doctors of Madness and David Bowie. The book then details the most well-known members of the budding English punk rock scene, including The Sex Pistols and its influential members Johnny Rotten and Sid Vicious, The Clash and its front man Joe Strummer, The Damned and The Buzzcocks. Also included are descriptions of the first album releases of both the Sex Pistols and the Clash.This book was created and put into distribution by a team of dedicated editors using open source and proprietary publishing tools.
